Butternut Squash

Serves: 2 to 3 people

Cooking method

Cut the squash into half and then cut each half into 3-4 inches length wise.. weighing around 25 gm each slice

Mix all the ingredients and add Butternut squash slices, Mix well

Spread the butternut squash slices on a baking tray, and cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 180C



1        Butternut squash
2tsp   Nigella seeds
1tsp   Chilli flakes
3tsp   Pomegranate molasses
1tsp   Honey
20gm Grated ginger
Salt to taste
