Cooking with Spices with Romy Gill

Growing up amongst the spices of India, with very little pocket money, Romy found that street food was very popular amongst students, and still is!

The Chinese and Nepalese communities have a big influence on India street food, and Romy Gill still craves the delicious tastes and smells of her student years.

In this Indian cooking demo, Romy Gill, Head chef of Romy’s Kitchen, brings a little Indian street food flavour to the Bristol Food Connections festival.

Demonstrating Momos, which have become a traditional delicacy, along with Aloo Tiki, a spicy chickpea salad, and accompanying dips. Come and taste India!
